The breakfast spread was as delightful as a Sunday brunch at Grandma's, featuring fluffy waffles and fresh fruit that could make any dieting enthusiast swoon. The staff radiated charm, impressively juggling requests while providing a warm welcome that felt more like a reunion than checking into a hotel.

The outdoor pool provides a nice escape during the hotter months, though it’s less inviting as the temperature drops. The location is perfect for hunting down local attractions, making it easy to explore without wasting time on travel.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the facilities leaves a lot to be desired. Several hallways were dirty, with stained carpets and an unpleasant odor lingering throughout. Bathrooms showed clear signs of neglect, featuring mold and leaking fixtures, and some rooms had unwelcome housemates like cockroaches. Overall, the hotel feels quite run down, needing thorough cleaning and updates to the basic amenities.

Perfect for a couple getaway
Breakfast was good and we had a blast during our stay. One morning, I got caught up in a conversation with the breakfast lady, she was just good and really brightened my day.
Sure it wasn't inexpensive but it was still tolerable.

It was tolerable. The location was fab, right next to a 7-11, and the bed? Super comfy! Breakfast had plenty of options, so I filled my plate like a queen!
The bathroom was smaller than my ambitions, and I’m convinced the shower was auditioning for a horror film with that lack of hot water!

i had a pleasant stay this summer, especially compared to my last visit to a different hotel in williamsburg. the check-in was smooth, and our room was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious options like fresh waffles and a variety of fruits that exceeded my expectations.
the pool was closed during our stay.

The stay was comfortable with a clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast options were enjoyable, including fresh pastries. However, the bathroom lacked maintenance with low water pressure and a broken tub stopper, which affected the overall experience. I'd recommend this place for families but hope for improved attention to maintenance.

The best part was the breakfast with delicious mini omelettes! The room was comfy, but we dealt with barking dogs next door all night. 😩

I stayed for 3 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds - Non-Smoking. The location was perfect, making sightseeing easy. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition to my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I enjoyed the clean and comfortable accommodations. 😊

Big shoutout to the scrambled eggs at breakfast—they were buttery and divine! Plus, the hotel's location is prime, with amazing local joints like Rocco's Smokehouse Grill just a hop away. Cleanliness was decent and the check-in process was smooth, which gets extra points in my book!
Now, let’s talk about the front desk team—definitely needs to step up their game. Heads down, no smiles—talk about a missed opportunity for good vibes. We ran out of toilet paper and the weight room was closed, so that was kind of a bummer on our weekend plans.

Recommend it for families with children
I witnessed the staff going out of their way to assist us when we arrived with our kids. They even set aside a nearby room for us when we needed extra space for our luggage and gear.
Honestly, it wasn’t exactly cheap but I guess you pay for what you get.
